How long does delivery take?

Printing takes 1–3 working days. Delivery is typically 2–4 working days in the Nordics and UK, 3–6 days elsewhere in Europe.

What paper do you print on?

200 gsm FSC-certified premium matte art paper, printed with pigment inks rated for decades without fading.

Can I change the artwork after ordering?

Yes, if printing hasn't started. Contact us with your order reference and we'll adjust it.

Do you frame the prints?

You can add an oak, black or white frame. Framed artwork arrives ready to hang, boxed and protected.

Can I buy just the digital file?

Yes. Digital downloads are print-ready at full resolution, with a version sized for common poster shops.

Will their name be spelled correctly?

Always. Names and titles are typeset by us as a separate layer, not drawn into the illustration.

Can you copy a character from a film or show?

No — we only create original artwork. We'll happily design something inspired by the same kind of adventure.

What happens to a room photo I upload?

It is used only to read the colours in the room, is never recreated in the artwork, and is deleted after analysis.

Can I reorder in another size later?

Yes. Saved worlds can be reordered, resized, reframed or remade in a different style as your child grows.

How do returns work?

Personalised items are made for you, but if anything arrives damaged or misprinted we reprint or refund it.
