Returns & problems with your order

Personalized products

Because personalized Dreamnook artwork is created from your individual choices and produced specifically for you, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

This means we do not accept change-of-mind returns for personalized artwork simply because you later decide that you would prefer a different design, colour, size or style.

If something is wrong

Personalized does not mean you're on your own.

If your artwork arrives damaged, has a production defect, is different from what you ordered or there is another problem with the product, contact us and we'll help make it right.

Depending on the situation, this may mean a replacement, reprint, refund or another appropriate solution.

Cancellations

Production may begin shortly after you place your order. If you want to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

You may cancel an order before it has been delivered, but where work or production has already begun, Dreamnook may be entitled to compensation for costs already incurred in accordance with applicable law.

Digital artwork

For digital artwork delivered immediately, you will be asked before purchase to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins.

Standard products

If we sell products that are not personalized, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. The applicable rights will always be shown before purchase.
